Android 7.0 Nougat Arrives On Raspberry Pi 3

Finally, an unofficial port of the tech giant Google’s latest version of Android operating system Android 7.0 Nougat has been already created now for the Raspberry Pi 3.


However, the build may not be as stable as the official Android by Google for Nexus devices, but at least the Raspberry Pi owners can now have the taste of the new version of Android OS, Android 7.0 Nougat.

The port was created by Peter Yoon, a developer who has got previous releases of Android running on the Pi. The source code and instructions on how to get it running are available on his GitHub repository. In the past he had already made ​​the porting Android TV on the same platform.
