2. In Command Promot, enter the following command:

  • systemreset --factoryreset

3. You will now be asked to choose if you want to remove apps and settings while keeping your files, or if you can remove everything.

4. After that, you will be asked to decide whether you want to just remove your files, or remove your files and wipe the drive.


5. In the next screen you will be informed that the PC is ready to be reset. Click “Reset” to begin the process.
