Snapdeal to Deliver Reliance Jio SIM to Your Home Soon

If you still don't have a Reliance Jio SIM, now is a good time to get one for two reasons, you will get free 4G internet till March 31 and that you can get the Jio SIM delivered to your doorstep. Snapdeal has sent out an email to select customers saying that it will now home-deliver Jio SIM cards. Those who received the email can enter details and time when and where they want the SIM to be delivered.

To avail this offer, the customer needs to register their contact details and address of delivery on Snapdeal's website. Snapdeal will then choose their 'premium customers' to whom they will extend this offer. The chosen customers will get a confirmation SMS with the scheduled delivery time and the promocode.

The mailer says that Snapdeal will choose their premium customers for this Jio home delivery service. "You are eligible to get a Reliance Jio SIM along with Jio Happy New Year Offer, delivered and activated at your home without any cost.

To get their SIM activated, the customer will have to share their Aadhaar card number and the promocode with the Snapdeal delivery executive to complete the eKYC verification. Customers also need to own a 4G-enabled smartphone to use the Jio SIM.

This Jio SIM will allow users to enjoy free 4G data and voice calls till March 31, 2017 as a part of the Jio Happy New Year Offer. Reliance Jio looks to subscribe 100 million users by the end of March, the company recently announced that it has registered over 52 million users since the launch of Welcome Offer on September 5.

At the time of writing, Snapdeal is offering Reliance Digital’s Lyf series smartphones and JioFi range of pocket routers on its platform, but not SIM cards. There is no official word yet regarding when the Reliance Jio SIM home delivery service will start.
