Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 launched, comes with 10-core Helio X20 Processor

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi found itself threatened by rivals in its home soil this year, but one particular handset that's keeping the entire brand afloat is the Redmi Note, which by the way has recently launched a new model to replace the current product in the market. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has officially been announced, and from the looks of the specifications and price tag, it’s definitely a phone to have when it officially lands in different markets.

While Xiaomi has Mi5 in one of the best smartphones in the market, it is in redmi series that have been successful. According to data from Xiaomi, the redmi already have a sales volume of 110 million units.

The first redmi was launched in July 2013 and since then the Xiaomi has strengthened its commitment and extended to the range of smartphone into three series: redmi for classical models, redmi Note for phablets and the latest redmi Pro (which we will examine briefly ) for the flagship.

The new Redmi Note 4 comes with the ideal combination of low price and gorgeous design. The device, while largely unfamiliar to the North American and European markets, is a premium quality smartphone with specs that could easily compete with the high-end variants of the bigger names out there.

The redmi Note 4 is equipped with a curved screen 2.5D 5.5 “FHD supported by a SoC Decacore Mediatek Helio X20. To photograph it has a rear camera of 13 MP with PDAF and f/2.0 aperture, and a front camera of 5 MP. Additionally it also included even 4G+ (LTE Cat 6) and VoLTE, Dual-Sim hybrid with support for MicroSD cards up to 128GB and a fingerprint sensor with support for Mi-Pay and Alipay. If we go to the color phase, then it will be available in silver, gold and dark gray.

Before you ask, the retail price of the 64GB Redmi Note 4 is $180, but this price tag is going to be limited to China only. Nevertheless, even if it gets shipped out to other markets, a Helio X20 for the price of $250 in still a very good deal in our opinion.

The highlights of the newly released Redmi Note 4 is its full-metal unibody, which goes on gracefully with a fingerprint scanner located at the rear. This however isn't really a total surprise because the Chinese brand is known for making an emphasis on how its Redmi Note line of smartphones would appear and compete with the likes of Samsung, LG, and domestic rival Huawei.
